Is a particular product in stock?
If a product is available for purchase, then it is in stock. If it is not available for purchase, or marked as out of stock, then it is out of stock. We do not take orders for products not available for shipment.
How quickly do you ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within one or two business days of being placed. If processing times are longer, then there will be a banner noting this on top of the website.
Which shipper should I use?
Both UPS® and USPS are offered for shipment. UPS is typically preferred, but within the United States both are generally good options. For international shipment, however, UPS Worldwide Expedited® is strongly preferred because shipments are much less likely to experience unreasonably long transit or customs delays. In all cases, please include your phone number on the order form so that the shipper can contact you if necessary.
It should also be noted that the buyer is responsible for all import duties.
