DCR-T5100-01

  • Transmission Reference (Visual Spectrum)
  • Included with the Printalyzer Densitometer (DPD-100)
  • All measurements taken with the emulsion side facing upward
  • Calibration Process:
    • DPD-100 (S/N 006) is calibrated per its documentation using the following references:
      • Gain and Light: Internal auto-calibration
      • Slope: Stouffer T2120C
      • Target: Stouffer T5100C
    • DPD-100 (S/N 006) is then used to measure a fresh Stouffer T5100
    • A label containing the above measurements is then applied to the step wedge

DCR-T5100-05

  • Transmission Reference (Visual and UV Spectrum)
  • Included with the Printalyzer UV/VIS Densitometer (DPD-105)
  • All measurements taken with the emulsion side facing downward
  • Calibration Process:
    • DPD-105 (S/N 508) is calibrated as follows:
      • Gain: Internal auto-calibration in a thermal chamber at approximately 20°C
      • Temperature: Data collected in thermal chamber ramped from 10-40°C, coefficients calculated and loaded via the desktop software
      • Target (VIS): NIST 38120C (Patch 15)
      • Target (UV): X-Rite® 361-68 (CAL-HI)
      • Note: Target calibration measurements are averaged across several target readings and loaded into the device via the desktop software
    • DPD-105 (S/N 508) is then used to measure a fresh Stouffer T5100 in both VIS and UV transmission modes
    • A label containing the above measurements is then applied to the step wedge

DCR-R550-01

  • Reflection Reference (Visual Spectrum)
  • Included with the Printalyzer Densitometer (DPD-100)
  • Calibration Process:
    • DPD-100 (S/N 006) is calibrated per its documentation using the following references:
      • Gain and Light: Internal auto-calibration
      • Slope: Stouffer T2120C
      • Target: Stouffer R550C
    • DPD-100 (S/N 006) is then used to measure a fresh Stouffer R550
    • A label containing the above measurements is then applied to the reflection step tablet

DCR-R550-05

  • Reflection Reference (Visual Spectrum)
  • Included with the Printalyzer UV/VIS Densitometer (DPD-105)
  • Calibration Process:
    • DPD-105 (S/N 510) is calibrated as follows:
      • Gain: Internal auto-calibration in a thermal chamber at approximately 20°C
      • Temperature: Data collected in thermal chamber ramped from 10-40°C, coefficients calculated and loaded via the desktop software
      • Target: Lucideon BCRA glossy ceramic tiles ("White" and "Deep Grey")
      • Note: Target calibration measurements are averaged across several target readings and loaded into the device via the desktop software
    • DPD-105 (S/N 510) is then used to measure a fresh Stouffer R550
    • A label containing the above measurements is then applied to the reflection step tablet
